A BusyB Welcome!
Calling all busy, working women...
My name is Becks and I am an accountability coach that helps busy, working women integrate more movement and nourishment into their daily lives.
I founded The BusyB with the understanding that accountability coaching is often the crucial element lacking in many online fitness and nutrition programs. I also recognized the significance of relatability in choosing a coach, so I created The BusyB drawing on my own experiences as a working woman, ensuring I can truly connect with and understand the needs of my clients and community.
The BusyB takes an alternative approach to accountability coaching. It’s not about having to squeeze in time for exercise and healthy eating; it’s about having the opportunity to embrace movement and provide our bodies with nourishment amidst our busy lives and numerous responsibilities.
However, I am here for so much more than just talking about my coaching program. My ultimate goal is to create a community with as many working women as possible, sharing the uplifting message that movement and nourishment are not just good for our bodies, but they are also keys to thriving in every part of our lives, including our careers, no matter what profession we are in.
This is exactly the reason behind launching The BusyB newsletter. While I experimented with Instagram, I quickly realized that social media, with its fast-paced nature, is not the best platform for truly connecting with all of you. I wanted a space where I could dive deeper into the topics that matter to The BusyB community – like movement, nourishment, setting intentions and goals, developing habits, balancing work and life, and so much more.
