It's that time of the week again where we pause, reflect, and prepare for the week ahead. I'm excited to have you here with me in our shared journey of wellness, empowerment, and balance!

I have to be completely honest with you all - I am tired! After nonstop travel to nonstop work last week, I have not had a chance to catch my breath. Even my weekend, which I spent one night in NYC for a friend's birthday, zoomed by before I realized.

I spent the entire last week trying to catch up with work and personal commitments, hoping for some downtime this weekend. But, as it often goes, plans changed and I just had to adapt and keep moving. With that in mind, I'm taking a little pause on this week's newsletter. I'll be back in action next week once I've managed to get back on track. I hope you all have a productive and fabulous week - stay moving and well nourished! πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ₯—
